Across the Cafe Table - My Favorite Museum

The excellent audio guide gives one, along with the interesting history of this home and family, a sense of participating in a gala evening, surrounded by turn of the century “crème de la crème” of society…the murmur of conversation accompanied by lilting tunes from the orchestra in the gallery above.
Linger in the art-filled rooms, then pause for lunch or tea in the gorgeous café to prolong the sense of visiting a friend in her haute home for the afternoon.

I have never been here, but wow, I know exactly where I'm headed next time I'm in Paris. I love museums that are also houses (such as the one I wrote about this week and the Frick) Thank you so much for playing with us!
I've been to Paris numerous times but have never even heard of this museum! Your description of it is so beautiful and intriguing. :-)
